ATLANTIC BEACH CIRCLE – FIRST HOME AT THE LOOKOUTS IN THE GROVE NOW SOLD!
“Luxurious new construction on Lot 5 – (Thimble Shoals Floor Plan) – has now sold. The next three scheduled for completion are Lot 4 (Oak Island Floor Plan), Lot 7 (Thimble Shoals Floor Plan) and Lot 8 (Oak Island Floor Plan). Soon thereafter completed construction on Lot 2 ( Thimble Shoals Floor Plan) and Lot 3 (Harbour Town Floor Plan) will follow. Each of the detached single-family properties on Lots 1-15 are scheduled for completion by May.
The seven mixed use dwellings with commercial spaces below and two-story condominiums along West Drive began in late January. Lots 16 and 19 are well underway and should be completed first. All units should be complete by July.

The Lookouts in The Grove.
Along West Drive, the project will consist of both detached single-family dwellings and mixed use buildings with commercial space on the ground floor and two-story residential units situated above the commercial space. Features will include a swimming pool, a fire pit, bicycle racks and convenient access to commercial venues, marinas and the beach.

The two-story residences situated above will have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, around 800 square feet and luxurious, high end finishes. The Grove Oceanside is situated just east of the oceanfront Crab’s Claw Restaurant, an established favorite offering eclectic cuisine.
